Lone MLA Representing Sanjukta Morcha Goes Uninvited In WBLA's All-Party Meet; ISF Chairman Leader Writes To Speaker

<p><strong>Kolkata:</strong> Nawsad Siddique, the only MLA representing Sanjukta Morcha in the West Bengal State Legislative Assembly, went uninvited for an All-Party meet held on Monday. Siddique has written to the Speaker of West Bengal State Legislative Assembly seeking a reason for the same.</p> <p>Addressing Speaker Biman Banerjee, he wrote, "I have heard from the media source about the all party meeting which was held today at West Bengal Legislative Assembly. I have not received any such official communication or mail from the office of the WBLA regarding the meeting even though I am the lone MLA representing Sanjukta Morcha in the House."</p> <p>He further wrote that he would be very grateful if "enlightened about the all party meeting" held on Monday.</p> <p>The meeting on Monday was left unattended by Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee's former aide and Leader of Opposition from the BJP, Suvendu Adhikari.</p> <p>Legislators Agnimitra Paul and Tapasi Mondal went to take part in the meet instead, but were stopped from doing so by Speaker Biman Bandapadhyay as their names weren't enlisted for the same.</p> <p>Nawsad Siddique, Chairman of the Indian Secular Front was elected from Bhangar constituency in the 2021 state assembly elections.</p>
