<p>A Delhi court on Saturday extended police custody of Olympic medalist wrestler Sushil Kumar for four days. The police had sought seven-day custody of Sushil Kumar. The decorated wrestler is an accused in the murder of 23-year-old wrestler Sagar Dhankhar at Chhatrasal Stadium. The court had earlier sent Sushil to six-day police custody for questioning.</p> <p>Sushil Kumar was produced in the court on Saturday after the expiry of his 6-day detention period. "no ground for further extension is made out.they are asking for complete 14 days. The 23-year-old Sagar later died.</p> <p>Sushil Kumar was arrested along with co-accused Ajay Kumar from Mundka area in outer Delhi on May 23. He was evading arrest and was absconding for about three weeks.</p> <p>Earlier, Delhi Police had said in the court that Sushil is not cooperating during the investigation. His mobile phone is yet to be recovered. So far eight accused in this case have been arrested.&nbsp;</p> <p>The Delhi Police have filed an FIR under Sections 302 (murder), 308 (culpable homicide), 365 (kidnapping), 325 (causing grievous hurt), 323 (voluntarily causing hurt), 341 (wrongful restraint) and 506 (criminal intimidation) of the Indian Penal Code.</p> <p>They have also included Sections 269 (negligent act likely to spread infection of disease), 120-B (criminal conspiracy) and 34 (common intention) of IPC and various sections under the Arms Act.</p>
