<p>Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has announced a 7-day lockdown in the national capital to curb the spread of Coronavirus as the positivity rate of the city has plummeted to 30% which means every third person in Delhi is covid positive. CM Kejriwal made the announcement after an intense discussion with L-G Anil Baijal.</p> <p>&nbsp;The Delhi CM said that all private offices will Work From Home for the coming 6 days and government offices will be open. The positivity rate also shot up to 29.74 per cent. Around 20,159 people have recovered from the infection. There are a total of 74,941 active cases in the national capital and the death toll jumped to 12,121.</p>
