<p>For the third time in a month, the price of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) domestic gas cylinder has been increased by Rs 25 per cylinder in Delhi from today.</p> <p>A 14.2 Kg gas cylinder which earlier costed Rs 769 in the national capital, will now cost Rs 794 in Delhi. It is to be noted that this is the third time the oil marketing companies have increased the prices in February, taking the cumulative hike to Rs 100 per cylinder in a month.</p> <p><strong>ALSO READ | <a href="https://ift.tt/3soAVAq Social Media Rules: Grievance Officer Mandatory, First Originator Of Mischievous Tweet Or Message To Be Disclosed</a></strong></p> <p>First on February 4, the LPG cylinder prices were increased by Rs 25, costing it for Rs 719, followed by another hike of Rs 50 on February 14, taking the cost to Rs 769.</p> <p>Since December cooking gas price has been hiked by Rs 200 per cylinder. In December, the price had increased by Rs 100 each while it was left untouched in January.</p> <p>According to the reports, the LPG Gas cylinder now costs Rs 820 in Kolkata while it was sold for Rs 795 earlier. In Mumbai, the cylinder price has gone up from Rs 769 to Rs. They are determined based on the international product &ndash; propane and butane. In India, state-run oil companies are tasked to determine the price of LPG gas cylinder every month. Depending on international fuel rates and US dollar-rupee exchange rates, the prices vary.</p>
