Less than Rs 85,000 was spent. No amount is allocated this year. Such things make the farmers think it is a conspiracy to shut FCI,&rdquo; ANI quoted Yadav as saying.</p> <p>Earlier on January 26, thousands of protesting farmers had indulged in violence and clashed with the Delhi Police personnel during the Tractor Rally.
