The blast is reported to have been from a lorry that was carrying dynamites.</p> <p>Besides Shivamogga, the sound was also said to have been heard in the Koppa and NR Pura areas of Chikkamagaluru district.</p> <p>In May last year, a loud sound rattled Bengaluru which was later confirmed by the Defence Department to have been caused by a test flight.</p> <p>Meanwhile, the concerned authorities are yet to react to this fresh incident.</p>
