<p>A high alert has been raised in Delhi and Mumbai after an IED blast was reported near the Israeli Embassy in the National Capital Delhi on Friday evening. <strong>ALSO READ | <a href="https://ift.tt/3j5ZPl2 Blast In Delhi Near Israel Embassy; No Injury Reported</a></strong></p> <p>Several vehicles were found damaged near the Israeli Embassy following the blast on Aurangzeb Road. It is being reported that it was an IED based blast which occurred outside Jindal House, few metres away from Israel Embassy. While there are no reports of an injury as of yet, windscreens of several cars have reportedly been shattered.</p> <p>There are reports that some people threw the IED out from a moving car. It was a call of a fire first, while the fire department was inspecting a blast took off and another call of blast was made.</p> <p>After the blast, Union Home Minister Amit Shah has also spoken to the Delhi Police Commissioner. Security has been stepped up in Delhi as well as Mumbai. Central Industrial Security Force sources said that all airports, important installations and government buildings are on alert in view of blast. The security at the Consulate-General of Israel in Mumbai has also been beefed up.</p> <p>Meanwhile, the blast is being investigated as an attempted terrorist attack.
