Also as AAP MLA and DJB Vice-chairperson Raghav Chadha alleged that they were not allowed to enter the protest site when they came to provide water to farmers earlier in the day.</p> <p>In a strong-worded tweet, Chada wrote: "It is said that water should be given even to the enemy, but Modi government has come down to such cruelty that it is letting water reach the farmers of our own country".</p>
