<p><strong>Haridwar:</strong> Srishti Goswami from Uttarakhand's Haridwar has become the Chief Minister of the state today. Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat approved the decision to make her a one-day CM. <strong>ALSO READ |&nbsp;<span style="color: #e03e2d;"><a style="color: #e03e2d;" href="https://ift.tt/2Y6qe8n Stand-Off: India And China To hold Ninth Round Of Military-Level Talks Today</a></span></strong></p> <p>19-year-old Srishti Goswami has been serving as the Chief Minister of Uttarakhand's Bal Vidhan Sabha and now she has become the Chief Minister of the state for one day on the occasion of National Girl Child Day. A children's assembly will be held in Room No. 120 of the State Legislative Assembly where a host of departments will giving their presentation.</p> <h3><strong>Review Development Work</strong></h3> <p>Daulatpur village situated in Bahadurabad block of Haridwar is going to be registered in the pages of history as the one-day CM Srishti Goswami who hails from the village is set to review the development work carried out in Uttarakhand. Officers of 12 departments will give a presentation on departmental plans.</p> <h3><strong>Family</strong></h3> <p>Srishti's father Praveen Puri runs a grocery shop in Daulatpur, while her mother Sudha Goswami is a homemaker. Srishti Goswami is pursuing BSc in Agriculture from BSM PG College, Roorkee. In May 2018, she was selected as the Chief Minister by the child legislators in the Bal Vidhan Sabha. In Bal Vidhan Sabha, a Chief Minister is elected every three years.</p> <p>Srishti's parents are over the moon seeing their daughter's achievement. Her mother Sudha thanked the Trivendra Rawat-led government for considering her daughter worthy of the post. Her father Praveen considers her as an example for everyone to take inspiration from. "When one daughter can achieve this feat, what can stop others?" he said.</p>
