<p>A minor blast has been reported near Delhi's Abdul Kalam road. The source of the blast has not been confirmed yet. Windscreens of three-four cars have reportedly been broken in the blast.&nbsp;</p> <p>Fire department officials moved to spot and intelligence officials are also inspecting. It was a call of a fire first, while the fire department was inspecting a blast took off and another call of blast was made. Checking is being conducted.</p>
